Returning Home to Your Body: I choose to build a relationship with my body rooted in trust, compassion, and curiosity.
So much of our lives has been spent trying to manage our bodies.
We count calories.
We criticize.
We compare.
We push through exhaustion.
We ignore hunger.
We silence discomfort.
We treat our bodies like projects to perfect instead of partners to know.
Over time, many of us stop having a relationship with our bodies altogether.
This month is an invitation to come home.
Not to change your body.
Not to fix it.
But to begin rebuilding trust with it.
Relationships aren’t built through control.
They’re built through listening.
Every Pause this month is simply another conversation with your body.
Curiosity, self-inquiry, wondering why you made one choice over another instead of judging yourself, that is the path to Self. Replace Self-judgment with Self-inquiry.
