Trusting Your Inner Wisdom: I trust myself to honor what I know.
There is a quiet voice within you that has always known.
It speaks before fear.
Before other people’s opinions.
Before the pressure to be who you’re expected to be.
But over time, many of us learn to doubt it.
We ask everyone else what they think.
We search for permission.
We second-guess our instincts.
We ignore the feeling in our gut.
We convince ourselves we don’t know enough.
Little by little, we stop trusting the wisdom that has been with us all along.
This month is an invitation to remember.
To reconnect with the truth that’s already within you.
Trust isn’t built by always being certain.
It’s built by listening, honoring, and responding to what you know, even in small ways.
Every Pause this month is an opportunity to quiet the noise, turn inward, and strengthen the relationship you have with your own inner wisdom.
And this inner wise voice speaks to you every night in your dreams
