The Practice 06.28.26

This month, through the PAUSE and now the PRACTICE, we have been exploring the theme: "I create safety within and around me."

Thank you for spending the past three weeks in the PAUSE with me.

In Week 1, you reflected on your inner world and whether it feels like a safe place to land.

In Week 2, you explored the boundaries that support your peace, energy, and alignment.

In Week 3, you considered the energy you want to carry with you and how the safety you cultivate within can influence the spaces around you.

The Pause brings us Awareness.

But while awareness is powerful, awareness alone isn’t enough.

We strengthen self-trust by practicing what we’ve learned.

So this week, we move from the PAUSE to the PRACTICE.

We are conditioned to look outside of ourselves for answers. Rather than continuing to seek answers externally, we can begin listening to the wisdom already within us.

Our bodies are constantly communicating to us through sensations, emotions, tension, ease, expansion, and contraction. The more we practice listening, the more connected we become to our needs, boundaries, and intuition.

Bring the Practice Into Everyday Life

This Practice isn’t just for quiet moments with your journal. You can carry it with you into everyday life. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, fearful, disconnected, or confused around a person or situation, take a moment to check in with yourself.

Return to this practice whenever:
• You feel pressure to say yes before checking in.
• You start comparing yourself to others.
• Guilt shows up when you imagine choosing yourself.
• You feel overwhelmed, uncertain, disconnected, or out of alignment.

PRACTICE staying with yourself long enough to hear what you need.
